Medica has implemented a CPR training program for all its employees, including staff, doctors, and outsourced personnel. The objective is to ensure that individuals possess life-saving skills that can be utilized not only within the Hospital but also in various Emergency scenarios outside.
With the participation of approximately 4500 employees, CPR training sessions were organized across all Medica units in Siliguri, Ranchi and Kolkata, conducted by certified trainers accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA).
