Continuing Medical Education (CME) is aimed to assure a high level of theoretic and clinical competence throughout the working life of medical specialists. CME provides educational activities, which allow doctors to maintain, develop and increase medical knowledge and skills and to improve their professional performance to ensure better and safer diagnosis and treatment for the patient.
Keeping this is mind and moving forward with the aim for providing excellent care, BMMSH organised a CME on Urological Emergencies and Overview on the 22nd of September’ 15 at the Conference Hall at BMMSH.
The main objective of this CME was to encourage awareness and how to tackle the urological emergencies like Road Traffic Accident, bacterial infection, retention of urine, obstructive uropathy, genito urinal injuries, priapism and testicular torsion.
The session was conducted by Dr. Saumik Chaterjee, Consultant Urologist, Andrologist & Renal Transplant Surgeon, BMMSH, Ranchi.
