Bhagwan Mahavir Medica Superspecialty Hospital organised a CME for optometrists and ophthalmic assistants this Sunday on 9th August, 2015. This CME was organised in association with CIPLA and the main objective was to provide information about basic eye diseases, treatment and timely referral to an Ophthalmologist. We had 20 participants from various cities like Hazaribaag, Palamu, Khunti, Simdega and Ranchi.
Dr. Sanjay Kumar, the chief guest said that its a matter of pride for BMMSH that such CMEs are being organised and will continue to do so as there is no limit to knowledge.
Dr. Anindya Anuradha took the sessions and she mentioned the importance of Optometrists and Ophthalmic Assistants in primary eye care.
