BMMSH Ranchi , in association with Nagarmal Modi Seva Sadan blood bank and Jharkhand Police organised a blood donation camp at New Police Lines, Ranchi on 11th September ’15 (Friday).
Dr. Sanjay Kumar, Medical Director, Dr. Vijay Mishra – Head Critical Care , Dr. Maj. Ramesh Das , Consultant – Minimal invasive surgery , Mr. Vishvajeet Kumar GM – Operations, BMMSH were present on this occasion.
Jharkhand SSP, Mr. Prabhat Kumar got injured in an encounter on the outskirts of Ranchi on 19th Aug ’15 and was brought to Medica Hospital . There was a need of blood for him and 24 units of blood was donated by the citizens.
Mr. Prabhat Kumar said that he always wanted to return the favor done to him by the citizens of Ranchi and hence, 35 policemen including DSP Vikas Chandra Srivastav, City DSP Mr. Sudarshan Kumar Astik, Sergeant Maj. T.K.Jha, donated blood in the camp as a gratitude to the favor done to the Jharkhand police during the emergency.
SSP Mr. Prabhat Kumar, City SP Ms. Jaya Roy, Rural SP Mr. Rajkumar Lakra, Traffic SP Karthik .S, ASP – Hatia Mr. Prashant Anand were also present on this occasion.
